Pool Equipment We Check
Most pool problems start at the equipment. We run the pump and check the motor, the filter and its pressure gauge, the valves and the visible plumbing for leaks, damage and proper operation.
If something is worn, leaking or not working the way it should, it goes in your report with detailed photos and videos.

Hot Tub and Spa Inspection
Spas get the same attention. We check the shell, cover, jets and controls, then open the cabinet to look at the pump, heater and control pack, where most spa problems hide.
