Trevor went above and beyond anything we have had in the past. Not only was the inspection incredibly thorough (He got dressed in full coveralls and went under the house- which is on a pier foundation), but he provide an explanation on site of everything he found. I think we were most impressed with the pictures and videos (Yes... videos!) of areas he inspected that we never would have seen. We got a bird's eye view of every angle on the roof, the eaves, under the home. everything. The last thing the inspection offered was an interactive, step by step report that allowed us to make notes in each section and list costs for repairs. Usually the only reviews you don't have to pay for are the bad ones which is really what anyones looking for so when someone ask me personally to leave them a review I know what it means to do so. I called Premier Homes Inspections because they came referred to me by our Realtor . When I say Premier Did a fantastic job I mean that truly.  Trevor took the time to personally call me before the inspection to ask if I had any expectations and again after the inspection to personally inform me of any significant findings . As a Construction Contractor myself Trevor was very knowledgeable in area standards and provided me with a great detailed Report. I'm Moving to the area not knowing anyone so from now on  I will always recommend Premier Home Inspections to anyone that needs there Service.
